Good morning, dear brother Clay Porter. Please excuse my delay in responding. Here, we almost never have electricity anymore, which makes communication and internet access very difficult. Also, when I read your message, I didn't initially realize it was from you and wasn't sure whether to reply, fearing some kind of trap or retaliation from the bad people here who want to harm those who speak out against them or think differently. But now I realize it was you who wrote to me. Thank God, my family and I are safe, and that is also thanks in part to the help, support, love, and prayers of you, beloved brothers and sisters. The situation here is extremely difficult in every way; it's practically incompatible with a dignified and normal life. Everything is upside down; it's like hell on earth, with thousands of people suffering from all kinds of needs, including the most basic: food, water, medicine, electricity, and transportation. Garbage dumps everywhere, mosquitoes, emerging diseases, inflated prices rising every day, etc. We are practically forced into a daily struggle for survival. They only ask us to endure and endure, and people are very tired, exhausted, fatigued, stressed, and desperate. They continue to hunt down those who rise up and protest. The protests and discontent continue to grow every minute. This is a total disaster, and it is very difficult to live like this. They say nothing about it in the media. We find out what is happening through the internet in the few minutes we can connect. We truly beg, pray, and intercede daily with the Lord that God will use your country and other countries to help us get out of this nightmare and that this disaster will end soon so we can live and work with dignity in freedom and in the reconstruction of this destroyed country. Although we are very tired and fatigued, we continue to honor God and do the Lord's work, my dear brother. Thank you for your concern and interest in this difficult situation here. Please pray fervently for all that I've told you. Please send our warmest regards to your beloved wife, Carry. A warm brotherly embrace in Christ Jesus, our Lord. Grace and Peace. At your service, your fellow servant, Aliosha
